- Add /mon-compte/evenement/{id}/categorie/{categoryId}/modifier route (GET/POST)
- Create edit_category.html.twig with name and date fields

- Add sortable.js module: native HTML5 drag & drop with fetch reorder API
- Auto-correct endAt < startAt on category edit
